Eating Tips

  • Color, odor, taste and texture of Tualang Honey may vary from batch to batch production due to seasonal factors. Nutrition value is unaffected. Darker honey means more diversified nectar varieties and minerals, and possesses stronger efficacy.

  • Red Honey / Yellow Honey is more suitable for initial dosage. After taking Red Honey / Yellow Honey for a certain period of time, suggest taking Black Honey / Gold Honey on a rotation basis for better efficacy promotion.

  • Encourage continuous dosage at least 3 months for better efficacy promotion. Natural health products cannot replace daily diet and healthy lifestyle. If symptoms persist, please seek medical consultation.

  • Raw honey contains bee pollen, honeycomb broken, propolis, bee wing broken, rich active enzyme, which gives particles and flecks, crystallization, opening pop sound and slight leakage are normal situations and do not affect food safety and consumption.

  • Raw Honey crystallises gradually in 2-3 months after harvesting. The degree of crystallization depends on seasonal factors and nectar sources. Honey with higher glucose content and lower fructose has high portion of crystallization.  Honey quality is not affected by crystallisation. If honey consistency hard, warm to soften.

  • Cannot mix honey with water > 60°C. High temperature heating could seriously damage the nutrients in honey. Its therapeutic values will drop significantly.

  • Glass jar packaging ensures honey quality not affected by metal or plastic materials. Avoid using metal tools for honey consumption or storage since metal could give rise to oxidation effect against honey and affects its therapeutic value.

  • Honey is not suitable for infants aged < 1 year old or people with honey or nectar allergy.
