Coconut water is obtained from young coconut aged 5-7 months. It is in clear colour, sweet and sterile, and composed of unique chemicals such as sugars, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, enzymes, amino acids, cytokine, and phyto-hormones.

 

Coconut Water Powder is produced by converting fresh coconut water to a free-flowing powder through spray drying.
